Not a moment went by that Pete’s family were not on guard. Suffering from numerous allergies and intolerances to food groups, specifically nuts, Pete was constantly at high risk for potentially fatal reactions.
Lacking proper nutrition, and with a weakened immune system, Pete could not keep up in school either, causing him to suffer academically and socially as well. To complicate his social standings, his debilitating eczema prevented him from sitting comfortably in school, further inhibiting his learning and development. In desperation, his family traveled to the Etania House with VKE.
The results were remarkable! After a few short days, he already gained his appetite and his eczema was greatly relieved. Pete slowly began to regain his abilities as a healthy and productive child, making great strides in his learning.
